Evolution of structure of AlCoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy on irradiation by pulsed electron beam

چکیده
By the methods of modern physical materials science change in structural-phase state AlCoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy (HEA) nonequiatomic composition obtained by wire arc additive technology (WAAM) after irradiation electron beams with energy density 10-30 J/cm 2 , durality 50 μs, frequency 0.3 s -1 is studied. In initial had a dendritic structure indicating inhomogeneous distribution elements. It shown that beam processing forms high-velocity cellular crystallization cell size 100-200 nm, along boundaries which nanodimensional (15-30 nm) inclusions second phase enriched Cr and Fe atoms are located.
